Part 2: The Story of a Paper With No Identity

Setting – Previously on The Story of a Paper With No Identity, our main protagonist pressed charges for abandonment, negligence, breach of environmental regulations and failure to respect the material that constituted it. Dreaming that society as a whole would become aware of the extent of the scourge, Commissioner Zero filed its complaint and suggested that it go to a center for homeless paper.

– Hello. I was given your address by the Commissioner because I am a homeless paper. I do not want to be a single use paper !

– Well, I will explain the procedure to you, replied Mrs. Nolost. But before I do, I want to make sure that you are ready to change your appearance.

– I do not care, all I want is to have the chance to live a new life.

– Very good. This is not a harmless procedure. To explain it to you, I will show you a video. Do not hesitate if you have any questions. Then, if you still accept the procedure, you will sign a release form. But be aware that if you do not accept it, we will send you to a different kind of center: an incineration center.

Unsurprisingly, our hero signed the discharge. I wanted to know what it had become. The center certified that it had made the headlines : “McDonald’s sued for harm to the environment”.

The end !
