New world new energy
We live in a new world where energy can flow in many different directions – from solar cells to your electric car battery or into a storage battery – or in the other direction, from your own production system back into the grid. But even with decentralized generation, demand for large amounts of energy will continue to grow for cities, villages, hospitals or industrial plants – this demand can, for example, be covered by efforts from climate-friendly offshore wind farms. The green power is then transported by intelligent energy networks to the exact location where it’s needed.
Experts are dreaming up green energy projects that harness the planet’s natural resources and have the power to change the world. Government and investors are turning towards technology to help the modern world achieve more affordable and efficient sustainable development. At the Eurasian Media Forum in Kazakhstan, experts and industry leaders looked at how alternative clean energy sources such as wind, sun and water are being embraced as new opportunities. The Energy of tomorrow’s world, won’t just be created by scientists and engineers in power plants, but it will also be created by everyday activities. For example, the company “Uncharted Play” is already creating gadgets that generate energy by people playing football or skipping.
In the future, civilization will be forced to research and develop alternative energy sources. Our current rate of fossil fuel usage will lead to an energy crisis this century. In order to survive the energy crisis many companies in the energy industry are inventing new ways to extract energy from renewable sources. While the rate of development is slow, mainstream awareness and government pressures are growing.
